The Breakfast Stack
Potato rosti accompanied with egg, spinach, bacon, roasted mushroom, and caramelized onion - finished with delicious sundried tomato pesto and a beetroot hollandaise.

Orange Butter Crepes
Crepes with a scrumptious orange butter sauce topped with French vanilla ice cream and finished with a sweet sprinkle of raspberry dust.

What to expect:
A glass of champagne upon arrival
Flat white, long black or tea to accompany your breakfast
An auction hosted by the local and brilliant Frank Vosper
